Toolbox
A planning toolbox is being developed to help local communities in planning for I-69. It will focus on five categories: resource protection, growth management, economic development, transportation and infrastructure impacts, and increasing local planning capacity. A wide variety of tools will be available to address the various needs of the local communities.
The objectives of the I-69 Community Planning program including the following:
- Protect natural resources
- Promote economic development
- Manage growth
- Enhance local planning capacity
- Promote intergovernmental cooperation
