PLEASE NOTE:  A Revised DEIS has been issued for Section 2.  This Revised DEIS updates and fully accounts for the stream impacts of the project.  These revisions do not affect the selection of the preferred alternative in Section 2.  In issuing this Revised DEIS, some portions of the DEIS issued in January, 2009 have been replaced.  In addition, an errata document has been issued which describes minor updates to other parts of the DEIS.  A link to the errata document is posted below, between the links to the Table of Contents and Summary.  The comment period for the Section 2 DEIS was extended to June 29, 2009.
